La parole de Dieu nous exhorte à nous convenir avant tout sur certaines choses importantes avec les gens qui veulent marcher avec nous.

« Deux hommes marchent-ils ensemble, Sans en être convenus? »(Amos 3:3)

En effet, « marcher ensemble  » selon Dieu, implique d’avoir un même projet, de renoncer à ses objectifs personnels, d’avoir les mêmes sentiments, etc. Lorsque ce principe n’est pas respecté, la rupture ne se trouvera pas loin !
Les nombreuses dissolutions de notre monde en témoignent: guerres, divorces, conflits d’héritage…
Ainsi, en respectant cette loi divine, nous pouvons marcher avec notre semblable et surtout avec le Seigneur. C’est le meilleur moyen pour arriver jusqu’au bout.

PRIERE:
Notre Père qui es aux cieux, aidez-nous à trouver parmi les gens qui vous respectent, des gens avec qui nous pouvons marcher ensemble.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions, Amen.

While starving in the wilderness of Sin which is between Elim and Sinai, the children of Israel began to murmur against Moses and Aaron.
The LORD, having heard these murmurings, then said to Moses:
« I will rain down bread from heaven for you. The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day. In this way I will test them and see whether they will follow my instructions. »(Exodus 16:4)

One good morning, the Lord did what he had promised and the children of Israel had their bread.
Moses told them what God had commanded:
« Everyone is to gather as much as they need. Take an omer for each person you have in your tent…No one is to keep any of it until morning. »(Exodus 16:16, 19)

Some paid no attention to Moses, they kept part of it until morning, but it was full of maggots and began to smell. So Moses was angry with them.

But why had these people acted like this?
The reality is that these people were afraid of their tomorrow and did not trust what God had told them through Moses.
Since they had not trusted the instructions of God, they had just demonstrated that they could not walk according to the word of God.
Only those who belong to Christ can walk according to the instructions of God, because they know that Christ takes care of their tomorrow:
« Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. »(Matthew 6:34)

PRAYER :
Our Father who art in heaven, grant us to trust in your word.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.

Alors qu’ils étaient pris par la faim, dans le désert de Sin qui est entre Élim et Sinaï, les enfants d’Israël commencèrent à murmurer contre Moïse et Aaron.
L’Éternel, ayant entendu ces murmures, dit alors à Moïse:
« Voici, je ferai pleuvoir pour vous du pain, du haut des cieux. Le peuple sortira, et en ramassera, jour par jour, la quantité nécessaire, afin que je le mette à l’épreuve, et que je voie s’il marchera, ou non, selon ma loi. »(Exode 16:4)

Un bon matin, l’Éternel fit ce qu’il avait promis et les enfants d’Israël eurent leur pain.
Moïse leur dit ce que Dieu avait ordonné:
« Que chacun de vous en ramasse ce qu’il faut pour sa nourriture, un omer par tête, suivant le nombre de vos personnes… Que personne n’en laisse jusqu’au matin. »(Exode 16:16,19)

Certains n’écoutèrent pas Moïse, il y eut des gens qui en laissèrent jusqu’au matin; et il s’y mit des vers, et cela devint infect. Moïse fut irrité contre ces gens.

Mais pourquoi ces gens avaient-elles agi ainsi ?
La réalité est que ces gens avaient peur de leur lendemain et n’avaient pas confiance en ce que Dieu leur avait dit par Moïse.
Comme ils n’avaient pas eu confiance en la parole de Dieu, ils venaient de démontrer qu’ils ne pouvaient pas marcher selon cette parole.
Seuls ceux qui appartiennent à Christ peuvent marcher selon la parole de Dieu, parce ils savent que Christ s’occupe de leur lendemain:
« Ne vous inquiétez pas du lendemain; car le lendemain aura soin de lui-même. À chaque jour suffit sa peine. »(Matthieu 6:34)

PRIÈRE:
Notre Père qui es aux cieux, donnez-nous de faire confiance en votre parole.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions, Amen.

Intentionally or unknowingly, for various reasons, a brother or a friend can wander from the truth and the light of God.
The word of God urges us to bring him back to the truth.

« My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back… »(James 5:19-20)

Indeed, people have a habit of criticizing, condemning or even marginalizing anyone who wander from the truth.
It is very bad!
Rather, we should approach him wisely and bring him back to the right path.
Furthermore, let us know that bringing back a sinner from the error of his way saves his soul from death.(Read James 5:20)
Nothing should therefore prevent us from bringing back to the truth any person who wander from it.

PRAYER:
Our Father who art in heaven, give us courage to bring back anyone who wander from your truth.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.

Intentionnellement ou inconsciemment, pour des raisons diverses, un frère ou un ami peut s’égarer de la vérité et de la lumière de Dieu.
La parole de Dieu nous exhorte à le ramener à la vérité.

« Mes frères, si quelqu’un parmi vous s’égare de la vérité, et que quelqu’un le ramène… »(Jacques 5:19-20)

En effet, les gens ont l’habitude de critiquer, condamner ou même marginaliser celui qui s’égare de la vérité.
C’est très mauvais!
Nous devrions plutôt l’approcher avec sagesse et le ramener sur la bonne voie.
Par ailleurs, sachons que ramener un pécheur de l’égarement de son chemin sauve son âme de la mort.(Lire Jacques 5:20)
Rien ne doit donc nous empêcher de ramener à la vérité toute personne qui s’y égare.

PRIÈRE:
Notre Père qui es aux cieux, donnez-nous le courage de ramener toute personne qui s’égare de votre vérité.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions, Amen.
