There are cults on television and on the internet. But is it proper to stay home to watch a worship?

What is the church?
The church is all the people of the world who put their faith in Jesus Christ, in other words, the body of Christ.
Christians are taught to gather regularly (Heb. 10:25) and many Christians gather in ecclesiastical buildings (local churches).
But if there is no local church near us, do not worry. We can assemble in a house church, in a secret meeting place, or in a public place where we can be in communion with other Christians. What is important is the assembly with other Christians to learn, to be in communion and to work together to teach others about God.

Divide to Rule: An Enemy’s Strategy
It is not easy to defeat a group of people because unity is strength.
But if you divide the group, it’s easy to defeat it.
The Bible talks about the benefits of being with another person instead of being alone. « Two are better than one, because they get a good salary from their work, because if they fall, the one raises his companion, but woe to the one who is alone and who falls, without having a second to raise him up! » (Ecclesiastes 4: 9-10)
Being Christians, we have an enemy who wants to divide us. « Be sober, watch. » Your adversary, the devil, roams like a roaring lion, seeking who he will devour. » (1 Peter 5: 8)
Satan tries to separate us from other believers because he knows we are weaker when we are alone.
When we are part of a group, we can support each other, hold each other accountable, and pray for each other.
Satan can not take one of us by dragging us into the desert of ungodliness, doubt or despair.

United in Love:
Jesus prayed that we be united (John 17: 9-11). He tells us, « Love one another. » (John 13:34) and « Build one another up. » (1 Thessalonians 5:11) We can do all this and so much more when we will be united with other believers in an assembly.

PRAYER :
Lord our God, help us to choose a church in which we can easily flourish spiritually.
It is in the precious name of Jesus Christ that we pray.

Il y a des cultes à la télévision et sur internet. Mais est-il convenable de rester à la maison pour regarder un culte ?

Qu’est-ce que l’église ?
L’église, c’est tous les gens du monde qui ont mis leur foi en Jésus-Christ, autrement dit le corps de Christ.
On enseigne les Chrétiens à s’assembler régulièrement (Hébreux 10 :25) et beaucoup de Chrétiens s’assemblent dans des édifices ecclésiastiques (des églises locales).
Mais s’il n’y a pas d’église locale près de chez nous, ne nous inquiétons pas. Nous pouvons nous assembler dans une église de maison, dans un endroit secret d’assemblée, ou bien dans un endroit public où nous pouvons être en communion avec d’autres Chrétiens. Ce qui est important, c’est l’assemblée avec d’autres Chrétiens afin d’apprendre, être en communion et travailler ensemble pour enseigner aux autres au sujet de Dieu.

Diviser pour Régner : Une Stratégie de l’Ennemi
Il n’est pas facile de vaincre un groupe de gens, parce que l’union fait la force.
Mais si on divise le groupe, il est facile de le vaincre.
La bible parle des avantages à être avec une autre personne au lieu d’être seul. « Deux valent mieux qu’un, parce qu’ils retirent un bon salaire de leur travail. Car, s’ils tombent, l’un relève son compagnon ; mais malheur à celui qui est seul et qui tombe, sans avoir un second pour le relever ! » (Ecclésiaste 4 :9-10)
Étant Chrétiens, nous avons un ennemi qui veut nous diviser. « Soyez sobres, veillez. Votre adversaire, le diable, rôde comme un lion rugissant, cherchant qui il dévorera. » (1 Pierre 5 :8)
Satan essaie de nous séparer des autres croyants parce qu’il sait bien que nous sommes plus faibles lorsque nous sommes seuls.
Lorsque nous faisons partie d’un groupe, nous pouvons nous soutenir réciproquement, nous tenir comme responsables les uns des autres, et prier les uns pour les autres.
Satan ne pourra emporter l’un de nous en nous traînant dans le désert d’impiété, de doute ou de désespoir.

Unis en Amour :
Jésus pria que nous soyons unis (Jean 17 :9-11). Il nous dit : « Aimez-vous les uns les autres. » (Jean 13 :34) et « Edifiez-vous les uns les autres. » (1 Thessalonciens 5 :11) Nous pourrons faire tout cela et d’autant plus quand nous serons unis avec d’autres croyants dans une assemblée.

PRIÈRE:
Seigneur notre Dieu, aidez-nous à choisir une église dans laquelle nous pouvons facilement nous épanouir spirituellement.
C’est dans le nom précieux de Jésus-Christ que nous prions.

Every believing man, who loves God and who is faithful to Him, is a good man in the sight of God.

The Bible tells us that:
Psalms 37:23-24
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand. (Psalms 37: 23-24)

It means God makes His loved ones stronger, firmer, more secure, more stable on the path of life.

In fact, God rejoices to see His faithful steadfast. He loves to see His faithful who do not stumble.
When a child learns to walk, his parents are happy. When we walk steadily in the ways of God, God is happy.

That’s why He would not want to see the good man fall. And when he happens to fall, God raises him.

« If he falls, he is not overthrown, for the LORD sustains his hand if he falls. »

We all fall one day or another. James writes: « We all stumble
in many ways  » (James 3: 2).

Ecclesiastes tells us: « Surely there is not on the earth a righteous man who does good and does not sin. » (Ecclesiastes 7:20).

But we would never want to fall again spiritually, we would not want to sin again; but we all fall.

We do not always fall; but sometimes we fall.
But the falling Christian does not stay on the ground! « He is not overwhelmed ».
It means he does not stay on the ground, lying down, lying down, broken, undone.
Why ?
Because « God uphold Hum with his hand ».

Left to ourselves, we would perish all eternally. But thanks to the Lord, our falls are never final and complete.

A child of God who
grave remains a child of God.
Micah says: « Do not rejoice about me, my enemy!Because if I fall, I get up.  » (Micah 7: 8).

God preserve us from any fall of which we could not get up (Jude 24).
No Christian will fall irretrievably, fatally, finally, to the point of returning to a state of non-forgiveness, non-justification. God does not allow one of His beloved to fall outside the path of forgiveness and justification.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, give us to always remain faithful to you.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen.

Tout homme croyant, qui aime Dieu et qui est fidèle à Lui, est juste aux yeux de Dieu.

La Bible nous dit que:
« Yahweh affermit les pas de l’homme Juste, et il prend plaisir à sa voie. S’il tombe, il n’est pas étendu par terre, car Yahweh soutient sa main. »(Psaumes 37:23-24)

Cela veut dire Dieu rend ses bien-aimés plus forts, plus fermes, plus assurés, plus stables sur le chemin de la vie.

En réalité, Dieu se réjouit de voir Ses fidèles affermis. Il aime voir Ses fidèles qui ne chancellent pas.
Quand un enfant apprend à marcher, ses parents sont heureux. Quand nous marchons d’un pas ferme dans les voies de Dieu, Dieu est heureux.

C’est alors pourquoi Il ne voudrait pas voir le juste tomber. Et quand il lui arrive de tomber, Dieu le relève.

« S’il tombe, il n’est pas terrassé, car l’Éternel lui soutient la main S’il tombe ».

Nous tombons tous un jour ou l’autre. Jacques écrit: « Nous bronchons tous de plusieurs manières » (Jacques 3:2).

L’Ecclésiaste nous dit: « Certes, il n’y a sur la terre point d’homme juste qui fasse le bien et qui ne pèche pas. » (Ecclésiaste 7:20).

Mais on ne voudrait plus jamais tomber spirituellement parlant, on voudrait ne
plus jamais pécher; mais nous tombons tous.

Nous ne tombons pas toujours; mais parfois nous tombons.
Mais le chrétien qui tombe ne reste pas par terre! « Il n’est pas terrassé ». Ça veut dire il ne reste pas à terre, allongé, étendu, brisé, défait.
Pourquoi ?
Parce que « Dieu soutient sa main ».

Laissés à nous-mêmes, nous péririons tous éternellement. Mais grâce au Seigneur, nos chutes ne sont jamais finales et complètes.

Un enfant de Dieu qui
tombe demeure un enfant de Dieu.
Michée dit: « Ne te réjouis pas à mon sujet, mon ennemie!
Car si je tombe, je me relève. » (Michée 7:8).

Dieu nous préserve de toute chute dont on ne
pourrait pas se relever (Jude 24).
Aucun chrétien ne va tomber irrémédiablement, fatalement, finalement, au point de revenir à un état de non-pardon, de dé-justification. Dieu ne permet pas qu’un de Ses bien-aimés tombe en dehors du chemin du pardon et de la justification.

PRIÈRE:
Seigneur notre Dieu, donnez-nous de rester toujours fidèles à Vous.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions.
Amen.

The man has trouble believing the words. For example, those who buy houses, require contracts established and signed by both parties, and lawyers are even involved.

We need a contract because we can not so simply trust the words of others.

But nothing would prevent us from believing in our God, who, in addition to his goodness, his justice and his power, declares to us:
« I will not break my covenant, and I will not change the word that comes from my lips. » (Psalms 89:35)

If God said so, it is because he knows that man can doubt and ask: « And if God woke up on the wrong side of his bed tomorrow and decided to curse me instead of blessing me? »

But the reality is that since God has concluded with us a new covenant, which is established by the blood of his Son, we can not hesitate in the face of unbelief concerning the promises of God, but be strengthened in our faith, fully persuaded that God will do what He promised(see Romans 4: 20-21).

So we have the assurance that God will not wake up one day saying, « Forget the new covenant, I want to remember your sins now and curse you instead of blessing you! »

Beloved, the blessings of the new covenant for us are guaranteed because God is bound to the covenant. And He is a God who respects the covenant, who is willing and more than able to do all He has promised us!

PRAYER:
Lord our God, help us to keep our covenants as you also respect Your covenant with us.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen.
