«Kandi tuzi yuko Umwana w’Imana yaje akaduha ubwenge, ngo tumenye Iy’ukuri kandi turi mu Y’ukuri, kuko turi mu Mwana wayo Yesu Kristo. Iyo ni yo Mana y’ukuri n’ubugingo buhoraho. Bana bato, mwirinde ibishushanyo bisengwa.»
(1 Yohana 5:20-21)

Intumwa Yohana asoza ibaruwa ye yibutsa ukuri kudasubirwaho: Yesu Kristo ni we Mana y’ukuri n’ubugingo buhoraho.
Ni muri We wenyine tubonamo agakiza, ukuri n’ubuzima buzuye.

Ariko ako kanya arongera ati: «Bana bato, mwirinde ibishushanyo bisengwa.»
Kubera iki?
Ni uko ikintu cyose cyinjira mu mwanya wa Kristo mu mutima wacu kiba bigaye ikigirwamana cyangwa igishushanyo gisengwa.

Muri iki gihe, ibigirwamana si ibishushanyo gusa.
Bishobora gufata ishusho y’ibintu bya none: urukundo rwinshi rw’amafaranga, gushaka icyubahiro, kwishimira iby’isi, kwishyira hejuru, ndetse n’imibanire runaka iyo isumba Imana mu buzima bwawe.

•Iyo telefoni cyangwa imbuga nkoranyambaga bigutwara umwanya wose, ntusigarane uwo gusenga cyangwa gusoma Ijambo ry’Imana, biba bibaye ibigirwamana, ibishoshanyo bisengwa.
•Iyo amafaranga n’akazi bibaye ibyo uharanira gusa, ukibagirwa Imana n’umuryango, biba ari ibishushanyo bisengwa, ibigirwamana.
•Iyo umuntu (umugabo, umugore, inshuti, umwana, umuyobozi) akubereka imbere yawe kurusha Imana, aba ari ikigirwamana cawe, igishushsnyo gisengwa.
•Iyo ukurikira iby’isi—ibirori, imideli, gushakisha gushimwa—ibyo byose bigasumba Kristo, biba ibigirwamana, ibishushanyo bisengwa.
•N’ukwishyira hejuru, ibitekerezo byawe cyangwa ubushake bwawe bushobora kuba ibigirwamana igihe bisimbuye kumvira Imana.

Yohana aratwibutsa ko ukuri nyakuri ari Yesu.
Ikindi cyose kidutwara ni ikinyoma.
Iyo twishingira ku kindi kiruta We, tuba twaguye mu mutego w’ibigirwamana, aribyo bishushanyo bisengwa.

Kwirinda ibigirwamana ni kurinda umutima wawe ngo hatagira ikintu na kimwe gisimbura Imana.
Ni guhitamo kuvuga uti:
«Mwami, nta muntu uzagusumba cyangwa ikintu kizagusumba mu buzima bwanjye.»

Inkuru nziza:
Yesu yaje kuduha ubwenge bwo kumenya no gusimbuka imitego.
Ni muri We tubonamo ukuri, amahoro n’ubugingo buhoraho.
Ntituzemere ikintu cyangwa umuntu uwo ari we wese kutwiba iyo nyungu.

ISENGESHO:
Mwami Yesu, mpa amaso yo kubona ibigirwamana bihishe mu buzima bwanjye. Mfasha kubyanga no kugukunda n’umutima wanjye wose, n’ubwenge bwanjye bwose, n’imbaraga zanjye zose.

•Iyo urondera ivy’isi—ibirori, imideli, kwemerwa n’abantu—kandi vyose bigasumba Kristo, biba ari ibigirwamana vyawe.
•N’ubwibone, ivyiyumviro vyawe, canke ugushaka kwawe, bishobora kuba ibigirwamana igihe bisubiriye kwumvira Imana.

Yohani aratwibutsa ko ukuri nyakuri ari Yesu.
Ikindi cose cizewe kurusha We, ni ibinyoma.
Iyo twishingira ku kindi kiruta We, turagwa mu ngorane y’ukwubaha ibigirwamana.

Kwirinda ibigirwamana n’ugukingira umutima wawe, ntihagire ikintu cisubirira Imana.
N’uguhitamwo kuvuga uti: «Mwami, nta kintu canke umuntu n’umwe azosumba wewe mu buzima bwanje.»

Inkuru nziza:
Yesu yaje kuduha ubwenge bwo kumenya no kwirinda imitego.
Ni muri We wenyene dusangamwo ukuri, amahoro n’ubugingo buhoraho.
Ntiduhe akaryo ikintu canke umuntu ko kutwiba ivy’uko kuri mu buzima bwacu.

IGISABISHO:
Mwami Yesu, mpa amaso yo kubona ibigirwamana vyihishije mu buzima bwanje. Mfasha kubiheba no kugukunda n’umutima wanje wose, n’ubwenge bwanje bwose, n’inguvu zanje zose. Ni Wewe nyene uri Imana y’ukuri. Amen.

« NO » IS A COMPLETE SENTENCE

Many times, people feel guilty when they say “No.”
They rush to explain, to justify, or to apologize—because they fear disappointing others.
But in the light of God’s Word, we see that saying “No” can actually be an act of obedience, wisdom, and protection of our spiritual walk.

1. JESUS HIMSELF SAID “NO.”
When Satan tempted Jesus in the wilderness, Jesus did not negotiate or soften His response. He simply said:
“It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’”(Luke 4:8)
That was a firm No—with no need for excuses.
He didn’t explain Himself to Satan; He stood on God’s truth.

2. LET YOUR YES BE YES, AND YOUR NO BE NO
Jesus taught:
“All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.” (Matthew 5:37)
This means a child of God is not bound to endless explanations.
A clear “No” can carry the weight of integrity and obedience to God.

3. THE POWER OF BOUNDARIES
Joseph, when tempted by Potiphar’s wife, said:
“How then could I do such a wicked thing and sin against God?”(Genesis 39:9)
Joseph’s “No” preserved his destiny.
Sometimes, your No is not just for today—it safeguards your tomorrow.

4. SAYING NO TO SIN IS SAYING YES TO GOD
Titus 2:11-12 reminds us:
“For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age.”
A Christian life is shaped not only by what we accept, but also by what we refuse.
Every faithful “No” strengthens your walk with Christ.

Saying No is not rude, it is not unloving—it is sometimes the holiest word you can speak.
A clean, firm No honors God, guards your heart, and sets you free from people-pleasing.

PRAYER:
Eternal our Lord, give us the courage to say NO where we need to, and the wisdom to say YES where You lead us.
Let our words be rooted in Your truth, not in the fear of people.
It is in the powerful name of Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.

« NON » EST UNE PHRASE COMPLÈTE

Souvent, les gens se sentent coupables quand ils disent «Non».
Ils se précipitent pour expliquer, se justifier ou s’excuser — parce qu’ils craignent de décevoir les autres.
Mais à la lumière de la Parole de Dieu, nous voyons que dire «Non» peut en réalité être un acte d’obéissance, de sagesse et de protection de notre marche spirituelle.

1. JÉSUS LUI-MÊME A DIT «NON»
Quand Satan a tenté Jésus dans le désert, Jésus n’a pas négocié et n’a pas adouci Sa réponse.
Il a simplement dit:
«Il est écrit: Tu adoreras le Seigneur, ton Dieu, et tu le serviras lui seul.» (Luc 4:8)
C’était un « Non » ferme — sans besoin d’excuses.
Il n’a rien expliqué à Satan; Il s’est tenu sur la vérité de Dieu.

2. QUE VOTRE OUI SOIT OUI, ET VOTRE NON, NON
Jésus a enseigné :
«Que votre parole soit oui, oui, non, non; ce qu’on y ajoute vient du malin.»(Matthieu 5:37)
Cela signifie qu’un enfant de Dieu n’est pas obligé de donner de longues explications.
Un simple «Non» peut exprimer l’intégrité et l’obéissance à Dieu.

3. LA PUISSANCE DES BARRIÈRES
Joseph, quand il a été tenté par la femme de Potiphar, a dit:
«Comment ferais-je un si grand mal et pécherais-je contre Dieu ?»(Genèse 39:9)
Son «Non» a préservé son avenir.
Parfois, ton « Non » n’est pas seulement pour aujourd’hui — il protège aussi ton lendemain.

4. DIRE NON AU PÉCHÉ, C’EST DIRE OUI À DIEU
Tite 2:11-12 nous rappelle:
«Car la grâce de Dieu, source de salut pour tous les hommes, a été manifestée. Elle nous enseigne à renoncer à l’impiété et aux convoitises mondaines, et à vivre dans le siècle présent selon la sagesse, la justice et la piété.»
La vie chrétienne se construit non seulement sur ce que nous acceptons, mais aussi sur ce que nous refusons. Chaque «Non» fidèle fortifie notre marche avec Christ.

Dire «Non» n’est pas impoli, ce n’est pas un manque d’amour — c’est parfois le mot le plus saint que tu puisses dire.
Un «Non» ferme et clair honore Dieu, garde ton cœur et te libère de la peur de plaire aux hommes.

PRIÈRE:
Éternel notre Dieu, donnez-nous le courage de dire NON là où nous devons le dire, et la sagesse de dire OUI là où vous nous conduisez.
Que nos paroles soient enracinées dans votre vérité, et non dans la crainte des hommes.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions, Amen.

2. YEGO YANYU IBE YEGO, OYA YANYU IBE OYA
Yesu yigishije ati:
“Ijambo ryanyu ribe ‘Yee, Yee’, ‘Oya, Oya’, ibirenze ibyo bituruka ku Mubi.”(Matayo 5:37)
Umwana w’Imana ntabwo asabwa ibisobanuro byinshi.
“Oya” isobanutse yonyine ishobora kuba igihamya cy’ukuri no kumvira Imana.

3. IMBARAGA Z’IMIPAKA
Yozefu igihe yashukwaga n’umugore wa Potifari yaravuze ati:
“Nabasha nte gukora icyaha gikomeye gityo, ngacumura ku Mana?” (Intangiriro 39:9)
“Oya” ya Yozefu yamurindiye ejo hazaza he.
Hari ubwo “Oya” yawe idakurengera uyu munsi gusa — ahubwo irinda n’ejo hawe.

4. KUVUGA OYA KU CYAHA NI UKUBWIRA YEGO IMANA
Tito 2:11-12 hatwibutsa iti:

3. AKAMARO K’UBURIMBI NTARENGWA

“Oya” ya Yozefu yaramukingiye kazoza kiwe.

4. KUVUGA OYA KU CAHA NI UKWEMERERA IMANA EGO

I WANT TO BE FREE

Do you want to be free?
Seek to know the truth and to remain in it.
And that truth is Jesus.

Jesus said:
“If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”(John 8:31-32)

Holding to his teaching means living daily according to his teachings and letting the Word transform our thoughts and choices.
It is perseverance, making his Word our inner dwelling.

Knowing the truth is not just having information, but knowing Jesus, the Living Truth (John 14:6), walking in a personal relationship with him and living in communion with Christ.

Being free means being delivered:
• from sin (John 8:34),
• from condemnation and guilt (Romans 8:1),
• from fear and the power of Satan (Colossians 1:13).

This freedom is not outward but inward, lasting and real, even in the midst of trials.

With Christ, we receive true freedom and eternal life (John 17:3).

JE VEUX ÊTRE LIBRE

Veux-tu être libre?
Cherche à connaître la vérité et à y demeurer.
Et cette vérité, c’est Jésus.

Jésus a dit:
«Si vous demeurez dans ma parole, vous êtes vraiment mes disciples; vous connaîtrez la vérité, et la vérité vous rendra libres.» (Jean 8:31-32)

Demeurer dans la Parole, c’est vivre chaque jour selon ses enseignements, laisser la Parole transformer nos pensées et nos choix.
C’est persévérer, faire de sa parole notre habitation intérieure.

Connaître la vérité, ce n’est pas seulement avoir des informations, mais connaître Jésus, la Vérité vivante (Jean 14:6), marcher dans une relation personnelle avec lui et vivre en communion avec le Christ.

Être libre, c’est être affranchi:
• du péché (Jean 8:34),
• de la condamnation et de la culpabilité (Romains 8:1),
• de la peur et de la domination de Satan (Colossiens 1:13).
Cette liberté n’est pas extérieure mais intérieure, durable et réelle, même au milieu des épreuves.

Avec Christ, nous recevons la vraie liberté et la vie éternelle (Jean 17:3).

Kuguma mu Ijambo ni ukubaho buri munsi dukurikiza ibyo yigishije, noneho tugakomeza kwemera ko Ijambo rihindura ibitekerezo byacu n’imyanzuro yacu.
Ni ugukomeza kubaho kubw’Ijambo ry’Imana no kuba muriryo, rikaba urugo rwo mu mitima yacu.

Kumenya ukuri si ukumenya amakuru gusa, ahubwo ni ugutegera Yesu, ari We Kuri kuzima (Yohana 14:6), kubana na We mu mubano w’ukuri no kubaho mu bumwe na We.

Kubaturwa, ni ukubohorwa:
• ku cyaha (Yohana 8:34),
• ku gucirwa urubanza n’ipfunwe (Abaroma 8:1),
• ku bwoba no ku butware bwa Satani (Abakolosayi 1:13).

Uku kubaturwa si ukw’inyuma, ahubwo ni ukw’imbere, ni nyakuri kandi kuraramba, n’iyo waba uri hagati y’ibigeragezo.

Muri Kristo tubonamo ukubaturwa nyakuri n’ubugingo buhoraho (Yohana 17:3).

Kubwo gukomezanya kw’abera,

NDIPFUZA KWIDEGEMVYA

Uripfuza kwidegemvya?
Rondera kumenya ukuri no kukugumamwo.
Kandi Ukuri nyakuri ni Yesu Kristo ubwiwe.

Yesu yavuze ati:
«Ni mwaguma mw ijambo ryanje, mur’ abigishwa banje vy’ukuri; kandi muzomenya ukuri, kand’ ukuri kuzobaha kwidegemvya.» (Yohani 8:31-32)

Kuguma mw’Ijambo bisigura kubaho buri musi wisunze inyigisho ziwe, ukareka Ijambo rikaguhindura ivyiyumviro n’ivyemezo vyawe.
Ni ukubandanya ubaho kubw’Ijambo ry’Imana no kuba muri ryo, naryo rikaba urugo rwo mu mutima wawe.

Kumenya ukuri s’ukuronka ubumenyi gusa, ahubwo n’ukumenya Yesu, We Ukuri kuzima (Yohani 14:6), no kuba mu mubano w’ukuri na We, ugatera imbere mu bumwe na We.

Kwidegemvya ni ukubohorwa:
• ku caha (Yohani 8:34),
• ku gucirwa urubanza no kwiyagiriza (Abaroma 8:1),
• ku bwoba no ku butware bwa Satani (Abakolosayi 1:13).

Umwidegemvyo nyakuri s’uwo hanze, ahubwo n’uwo mu mutima, uraramba kandi n’uw’ukuri, n’igihe woba uri mu ngorane.

Muri Kristo tuharonka umwidegemvyo nyakuri n’ubuzima budashira (Yohani 17:3).
