David sang to express his feelings, because he was happy, with joy, to go and gather with others in the house of God.
Do you also rejoice when you go to the house of the Lord?
Some go to church because it has become a custom, a routine.
Others go there to meet friends, as there are those who go there because they want to gather in the house of God.
The reasons for this are many and varied.
I wish you all to feel the joy of going to church because when Satan wants to take you away from God, he first creates in you a disgust for going to church and gathering with the saints.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, grant us to always feel the joy of going to church.

David a chanté :
« Je suis dans la joie quand on me dit: Allons à la maison de l’Éternel! »(Psaumes 122:1)

David chantait pour exprimer ses sentiments, car il était content, dans la joie, d’aller se réunir avec les autres dans la maison de Dieu.
Es-tu aussi content d’aller à la maison de l’Éternel?
Certains vont à l’église parce que c’est devenu une coutume, la routine.
D’autres y vont pour y rencontrer des amis,
comme il y a ceux qui y vont parce qu’ils veulent se recueillir dans la maison de Dieu.
Les raisons en sont nombreuses et variées.
Je souhaite que vous sentiez tous la joie d’aller à l’église parce que lorsque Satan veut vous éloigner de Dieu, il commence par créer en vous le dégoût d’aller à l’église et de vous rassembler avec les saints.

PRIÈRE:
Éternel notre Dieu, donnez-nous de toujours sentir la joie d’aller à l’église.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous vous prions avec foi, Amen.

Since we accepted and welcomed Jesus into our lives and believed in Him as our Lord and Savior, we have become one with Him.
Our new nature was immediately united with God.

This is what was revealed to Paul and what he wrote to the church in Colossae.
“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.”(Colossians 3:2-3)

God has hidden us in Him, through Christ, because we are in Christ, and Christ is in God.
“You are of Christ, and Christ is of God.”(1 Corinthians 3:23)

So this means that if we are in Christ, we are in God; where we are, we cannot worry because no evil can reach us.
This truth Satan does not want us to know. Satan wants us not to believe in this oneness with God that makes us immune and invulnerable, so that we may always be afraid and he may always manipulate us.
If we do not come out of this mysterious union in which we are, in God, Satan will have no power over us because he will not be able to approach God, where we are hidden.
May God help us to understand it.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, help us to understand the mystery of immunity and invulnerability that arises from our union with you.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.

Depuis que nous avons accepté et accueilli Jésus dans nos vies et cru en lui comme notre Seigneur et Sauveur, nous sommes devenus un avec lui.
Notre nouvelle nature s’est immédiatement unie à Dieu.

C’est ce qui a été révélé à Paul et qu’il a écrit à l’église de Colosse.
«Affectionnez-vous aux choses d’en haut, et non à celles qui sont sur la terre. Car vous êtes morts, et votre vie est cachée avec Christ en Dieu.»(Colossiens 3:2-3)

Dieu nous a cachés en Lui, à travers Christ, parce que nous sommes en Christ, et Christ est en Dieu.
«Vous êtes à Christ, et Christ est à Dieu.»(1 Corinthiens 3:23)

Cela signifie donc que si nous sommes en Christ, nous sommes en Dieu; là où nous sommes, nous ne nous pouvons pas nous inquiéter car aucun mal ne peut nous atteindre.
Cette vérité, Satan ne veut pas que nous la sachions. Satan veut que nous ne croyions pas en cette unité avec Dieu qui nous rend immunisés et invulnérables, afin que nous ayons toujours peur et qu’il nous manipule toujours.
Si nous ne sortons pas de cette union mystérieuse dans laquelle nous sommes, en Dieu, Satan n’aura aucun pouvoir sur nous car il ne pourra pas s’approcher de Dieu, où nous sommes cachés.
Dieu nous aide à comprendre cette réalité.

PRIÈRE:
Éternel notre Dieu, aidez-nous à comprendre le mystère de l’immunité et de l’invulnerabilité qui découlent de notre union avec Vous.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions, Amen.

Ibi rero bisobanura ko, niba turi muri Kristo, turi mu Mana; aho turi, ntihavogerwa kuko nta kibi cyahagera. N’uku kuri, Satani atifuza ko tumenya kubera adashaka ko twizera ubu bumwe n’Imana butuma tugira ubudahangarwa n’ubutavogerwa, kugira duhorane ubwoba, nawe ahore aduhungabanya.
Tutikuye mu bwihisho turimo, mu Mana, Satani nta bushobozi yatugiraho kuko ntiyakwubahuka no kwegera Imana duhishemo.
Imana idufashe kubisobanukirwa no kubyiyumvamo.

When teaching his disciples how to pray, Jesus told them a sure-to-be-fruitful way to pray.

Jesus based this on an attitude they should adopt to enter into prayer.
He told them:
« When you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. »(Matthew 6:6)

Entering the room and closing the door means isolation and separation from all other things that can distract us.
Our room is our heart.
It is in our hearts that we speak with God.

So, to pray with confidence, we must pray with concentration.
This means that our thoughts, body and spirit must come into harmony, because it is not good to begin saying the words of prayer without first thinking about the work we are going to begin doing.
At that moment, no part of us can deny what we say in prayer, because our emotions and our will join our body and our mind and are in agreement.
This is what Jesus said: if we pray, we should not have doubts in our heart.
« Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. »(Mark 11:24)

If we pray with doubts in our hearts, it is in vain because we do not believe that what we are praying for is possible.
« He who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. »(James 1:6)
However, if we have no doubt in our heart, our faith will immediately begin to show us what we are praying for, and we will see it with the eyes of the spirit before we see it with the eyes of our body.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, grant us to always pray to you without doubt.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
