In the Bible, the concept of destroying barriers is used metaphorically to speak of reconciliation and unity among people.
Don’t you have barriers to distroy in your life?
Since there was an incident between you and your brother, your sister, your friend, your neighbor, your colleague, Satan took the opportunity to build the dividing wall of hostility, enmity between you.
How long will you remain in this situation of enmity?
Jesus Christ does not support this situation, « For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility… »(Ephesians 2:14-16)
If then you want to destroy these barriers, these dividing wall of hostility, be humble, approach those you have offended, ask their forgiveness and be reconciled with them. Only forgiveness and reconciliation can destroy these barriers that isolate you.
PRAYER:
Lord our God, give us strength and courage to destroy all the barriers, walls of hostility that isolate us from others.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
