FEAR GOD AT ALL TIMES

Fearing God at all times is what testifies that we belong to Christ.
In good times, there are some who forget God and therefore no longer fear him.
Even in difficult times, there are those who abandon God and no longer fear him.

Those who do not fear God in good times are shameful, and even Satan Satan laughs at them when he looks at them, because according to his understanding, everyone should fear God for all the good things He does for them.
That is why Satan said to the Lord:
“Does Job fear God for nothing? Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. »(Job 1:9-10)

Those who stop fearing God in difficult times are the ones Satan wants to hear and see, because his wish is that all people abandon God and become his slaves.
When Job was in times of hard times, it was Satan who told Job’s wife to tell her husband this:
“Are you still maintaining your integrity? Curse God and die!”(Job 2:9)

We must fear God at all times because even if we stop fearing Him, God does not cease to be the God who controls the times and changes things as it pleases to Him.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, enable us to go through different times firm in our faith.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
