THERE IS A TIME FOR EVERYTHING

The book of Ecclesiastes tells us that « there is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven. »(Ecclesiastes 3:1)

It is true that there is a time for everything, for the good as for the bad, for the pleasant as for the unpleasant, for abundance as for scarcity, and so on, but it is the Eternal our God who organizes and arranges all these times according to his will.
It is therefore important to attach ourselves to God and to know how to go with Christ through all the situations and circumstances to which the times submit us rather than to complain or rejoice excessively.
Indeed, it is Christ who enables us to be humble and strong at all times.
In his epistle to the Philippians, the apostle Paul testifies it:
« I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through him who gives me strength. »(Philippians 4:12-13)
Those who don’t have Christ blaspheme Him and get carried away by evil in bad times, while they forsake God and get caught up in pride and arrogance in good times.
With Christ, we can go through all times well.

PRAYER :
Our Father who art in heaven, give us the wisdom to know how to live well in every time that we go through.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
