“Bride to Groom: Behold, you are handsome, O my beloved, and graceful. Our bed is flourishing.”
(Song of Songs 1:20)
Love sees the beauty of the other and proclaims it.
If you reach a point where you no longer see the beauty of the one you love,
know that something has clouded your vision,
and the enemy always rejoices when love grows cold.
But if you still see his beauty,
it means love is still alive.
So proclaim it.
“You are handsome, my love, I love you.”
