« Unyigishe gukora ivyo ugomba, kukw ari wewe Mana yanje: Mpwemu wawe mwiza andongore mu nzira irashe. »(Zaburi 143:10)

Birashika ko ubugombe bg’Imana butandukana n’ubgacu. Ariko tuzi ko Imana idukunda kandi idushakira ivyiza mu bintu vyose bitubako canke ivyo ducamwo vyose, ubgigenge bgacu buca bwubaha kandi bugacira bugufi ubugombe bg’Imana.
Iyo naho tutemeye ubugombe bgayo, Imana ica iduteza ibituma tubwemera ku neza yacu.

Kamere ya Yesu yarashakaga umusaraba? Oya.
Ibi byose byayobowe n’ubushake bwa Data wo mu ijuru kugira ngo icyubahiro cy’Imana kigaragare.
Inkuta za Yeriko zarasenyutse.
Isaka yabaye se wa Isiraheli naho Aburahamu yitwa inshuti y’Imana.

Bite se kuri Yesu …
Reka duhitemo kugandukira Imana.

Every person who desires to be used by God must be willing to give up their plans and desires to accomplish His will, like Jesus. Sometimes, in order for God to be glorified, we are called to submit our human will. Not easy, but essential.

« My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will. »(Matthew 26:39)

Behind every sacrifice we will see the glory of God.
Was Joshua’s desire to circle Jericho several times? No, it was logically insane.
Did Abraham, in his heart, desire to sacrifice his son Isaac? No.
Did Moses, at the age of eighty, dream of leading a rebellious people for forty years in a desert rather than living out his old days in peace? No.
Did Jesus’ human nature want the cross? No.
All of these submitted to the will of the Heavenly Father so that divine glory could be manifested.
The walls of Jericho fell.
Isaac became the father of Israel and Abraham was called the friend of God.
Moses was a powerful deliverer who saw the glory of God like few people.
And what about Jesus…
Let us choose to submit to God.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, help us to always submit our will to yours.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.

Chaque personne désirant être utilisée par Dieu doit être prête à abandonner ses plans et ses désirs pour accomplir Sa volonté, à l’exemple de Jésus. Parfois, pour que Dieu puisse être glorifié, nous sommes appelés à soumettre notre volonté humaine. Pas facile, mais incontournable.

« Mon Père, s’il est possible, que cette coupe s’éloigne de moi! Toutefois, non pas ce que je veux, mais ce que tu veux. »(Matthieu 26:39)

Derrière chaque sacrifice nous verrons la gloire de Dieu.
La volonté de Josué était-elle de tourner plusieurs fois autour de Jéricho? Non, c’était d’ailleurs logiquement insensé.
Abraham, dans son cœur, désirait-il sacrifier son fils Isaac? Non.
Moïse, à l’âge de quatre vingt ans, rêvait-il de diriger un peuple rebelle pendant quarante ans dans un désert plutôt que de vivre ses vieux jours dans la paix? Non.
La nature humaine de Jésus voulait-elle la croix? Non.
Tous ceux-là se sont soumis à la volonté du Père céleste afin que la gloire divine puisse se manifester.
Les murailles de Jéricho tombèrent.
Isaac devint le père d’Israël et Abraham fût appelé l’ami de Dieu.
Moïse fut un puissant libérateur qui a vu la gloire de Dieu comme peu de personnes.
Et que dire de Jésus…
Faisons le choix de nous soumettre à Dieu.

PRIÈRE:
Éternel notre Dieu, aidez-nous à toujours soumettre notre volonté à la votre.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions, Amen.

Have you ever noticed how unpleasant it is to talk with a person who won’t let you place one?
Sometimes God finds himself in this situation with us.

« He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being taught. »(Isaiah 50:4)

God surpasses us through His Love, His grace, but above all through the capacity He has to listen to us and speak to us.
Yes, we believe that prayer is not simply a request that goes up to Him, but that it is a dialogue between a Father and his child.
As we pray, do we take the time to listen to Him?
We are not right to unload ourselves on Him without letting Him say even a single word.
As it takes time for God to wait for us to stop groaning, it also takes time for us to finally begin to listen to Him.
Let us train our ears to His voice because He is certain that He has things to say to us!

PRAYER:
Lord our God, give us the ability to take time to listen to you.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.

Avez-vous déjà remarqué combien il est désagréable de parler avec une personne qui ne vous laisse pas en placer une?
Parfois, Dieu se retrouve dans cette situation avec nous.

« Il(le Seigneur) éveille, chaque matin, il éveille mon oreille, Pour que j’écoute comme écoutent des disciples. »(Esaïe 50:4)

Dieu nous dépasse par Son Amour, Sa grâce, mais surtout par la capacité qu’Il a de nous écouter et de nous parler.
Oui, nous croyons que la prière n’est pas simplement une requête qui monte vers Lui, mais qu’elle est un dialogue entre un Père et son enfant.
Alors que nous prions, prenons-nous le temps de L’écouter ?
Nous n’avons pas raison de nous décharger sur Lui sans Lui laisser placer même un seul mot.
Comme il faut du temps à Dieu qui attend que nous cessions de gémir, il nous faut aussi du temps pour enfin commencer à L’écouter.
Exerçons nos oreilles à Sa voix car il est certain qu’Il a des choses à nous dire!

PRIÈRE:
Éternel notre Dieu, donnez-nous de savoir prendre du temps pour vous écouter.

Imana iraturenze kubw’urukundo rwayo, ubuntu bwayo, ariko ikiruta byose, ni no kubw’ ubushobozi ifite bwo kutwumva no kutuvugisha.
Nibyo, twizera ko amasengesho atari icyifuzo kimusanga gusa, ahubwo ko ari ibiganiro hagati y’Imana Data natwe abana bayo.
Ese mu gihe dusenga, turafata umwanya wo kumva ico Imana ivuga?
Ntabwo dukwiriye kuyikoreza amaganya yacu tutayemera ko yavuga n’ijambo rimwe.
Ahubwo nk’uko Imana iduha umwanya ikadutega amatwi, natwe tugomba gufata umwanya wo kuyumva.

Imana iraturengeye kubw’urukundo rwayo, ubuntu bwayo, ariko ikiruta vyose, mu bushobozi ifise bwo kutwumva no kutuvugisha.
Nivyo, twizera ko amasengesho atari icifuzo kija ku Mana gusa, ahubwo ko ari ibiganiro hagati y’Imana Data natwe abana bayo.
None iyo turiko turasenga, turafata umwanya wo kwumviriza ico Imana ivuga?
Ntidukwiriye kuyiremeka gusa ivyifuzo vyacu kandi tutayemerera ko nayo ivuga n’ijambo na rimwe.
Ahubwo nk’uko Imana iduha umwanya ikadutega amatwi, natwe dukwiriye gufata umwanya wo kuyumviriza.

There is one thing that is difficult for man and even for some Christians, and that is to give freely, with joy and without expecting anything in return. It’s a sacrifice.

« Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. »(Hebrews 13:16)

If thanksgiving and the confession of God’s name are a sacrifice of praise that God demands (Hebrews 13:15), we must not forget that there are other sacrifices of gratitude and love that we must offer him in the person of our poor and suffering brothers.
To compensate for this “forgetfulness,” we convince ourselves that we are pleasing God because we fast, spend a lot of time in prayer, or because we are faithful in church meetings. We sometimes even feel a sense of duty accomplished! However, this verse reminds us that the Lord delights in us giving and doing good to others.
Let’s think about it!

PRAYER:
Lord our God, grant us pleasure in giving and doing good to others.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
