GIVE THANKS

The Psalm 118 is an invitation to praise the Lord and to give thanks to the Lord for his inexhaustible goodness and love

« Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. »(Psalm 118:29)

Although we are not always grateful to those who do good to us and to our creator, we have more than a thousand reasons to give thanks to God.
His goodness and love toward us are inexhaustible.
Furthermore, his love endures forever!
Unlike God’s mercy, human love does not last; at a certain point, it becomes tired because of ingratitude, becomes discouraged because of disappointments and finally becomes exhausted.
God loves grateful people.
A grateful heart is a joyful heart because God always fills it with joy and satisfaction.
When this heart gives thanks to God, it attracts more of God’s blessings and benefits because God loves a grateful heart.
Let us be grateful to God for his goodness and for his love.

PRAYER:
Eternal Father, grant us to always give thanks for your inexhaustible goodness and love.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
