LET’S TAKE CARE OF OUR BODY

God wants us to take care of our bodies as we take care of our spirit.
Indeed, although taking care of the spirit is a good thing and even essential, we must not neglect our body.

« No one ever hated his own body, but he feeds and cares for it, just as Christ does the church. »(Ephesians 5:29)

Taking care of our body is not only about protecting it from bad things that could damage it, it is also above all about maintaining its hygiene.
Without personal hygiene, not only do we expose our health to diseases, but we can also upset others, especially those who approach us, with bad odors: odors from the mouth, odors from the armpits, odors from clothes, etc.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, help us to always take care of our bodily hygiene.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
