Did you know that suffering precedes glory and is part of God’s plan for our lives?

Jesus explains it to two of his disciples:
« How foolish you are, and how slow to believe all that the prophets have spoken! Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things and then enter his glory? »(Luke 24:25-26)

It was difficult for these disciples to understand that the glory of Jesus was preceded by suffering.
Yet even in Hebrews 2:9 we read that Jesus is « crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death ».
Jesus’ suffering was part of God’s plan. It was necessary.

However, this reality does not only apply to Jesus, it applies to all of God’s children.
We would like to share in the glory of God, but we don’t like the fact that « it is through many tribulations that we must enter the kingdom of God. »(Acts 14:22)
In order not to be disappointed and confused, we must absolutely understand that suffering can also be part of God’s plan for our lives.
Let us be courageous and persevere in the faith.

PRAYER:
Our Father who art in heaven, help us to understand that suffering is part of your plan for our lives.

Saviez-vous que la souffrance précède la gloire et fait partie du plan de Dieu pour nos vies?

Jésus l’explique à deux de ses disciples:
« O hommes sans intelligence, et dont le coeur est lent à croire tout ce qu’ont dit les prophètes! Ne fallait-il pas que le Christ souffrît ces choses, et qu’il entrât dans sa gloire? »(Luc 24:25-26)

Ce fut difficile à ces disciples de comprendre que que la gloire de Jésus était précédée par la souffrance.
Pourtant, même dans Hébreux 2:9 nous lisons que Jésus est « couronné de gloire et d’honneur à cause de la souffrance de la mort ».
La souffrance de Jésus faisait partie du plan de Dieu. C’était nécessaire.

Toutefois, cette réalité ne s’applique pas seulement sur Jésus, il s’applique sur tous les enfants de Dieu.
Nous voudrions bien partager la gloire de Dieu, mais nous n’aimons pas le fait que « c’est par beaucoup de tribulations qu’il nous faut entrer dans le royaume de Dieu. »(Actes 14:22)
Pour ne pas être déçus et confus, nous devons absolument comprendre que la souffrance peut également faire partie du plan de Dieu pour nos vies.
Soyons courageux et perseverons dans la foi.

Notre Père qui êtes aux cieux, aide-nous à comprendre que la souffrance fait partie de votre plan pour nos vies.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions, Amen.

Je, unajua kwamba mateso hutangulia utukufu na ni sehemu ya mpango wa Mungu kwa maisha yetu?

Yesu anawaeleza wanafunzi wake wawili:
« Enyi msiofahamu, wenye mioyo mizito ya kuamini yote waliyoyasema manabii! Je! Haikumpasa Kristo kupata mateso haya na kuingia katika utukufu wake? »(Luka 24:25-26)

Ilikuwa vigumu kwa wanafunzi hawa kuelewa kwamba utukufu wa Yesu ulitanguliwa na mateso.
Lakini hata katika Waebrania 2:9 tunasoma kwamba Yesu, “ kwa sababu ya maumivu ya mauti, amevikwa taji ya utukufu na heshima”.
Maumivu ya Yesu yalikuwa sehemu ya mpango wa Mungu. Ilikuwa ni lazima.

Hata hivyo, ukweli huu haumhusu Yesu pekee, unawahusu watoto wote wa Mungu.
Tungependa kushiriki katika utukufu wa Mungu, lakini hatupendi ukweli kwamba “imetupasa kuingia katika ufalme wa Mungu kwa njia ya dhiki nyingi.”(Matendo 14:22)
Ili tusikate tamaa na kuchanganyikiwa, ni lazima tuelewe kabisa kwamba mateso yanaweza pia kuwa sehemu ya mpango wa Mungu kwa maisha yetu.
Tuwe wajasiri na kudumu katika imani.

OMBI:
Baba yetu uliye mbinguni, tusaidie kuelewa kwamba mateso ni sehemu ya mpango wako kwa maisha yetu.
Ni katika jina la thamani la mwanao Yesu Kristo tunaomba, Amina.

Byari bigoye kuri abo bigishwa kumva ko icyubahiro cya Yesu cyabanjirijwe n’ukubabazwa.
Nyamara no mu Baheburayo 2:9 dusoma ko Yesu « ari we wambitswe ubwiza n’icyubahiro nk’ikamba ku bw’umubabaro w’urupfu yapfuye. »
Imibabaro ya Yesu yari muri gahunda y’Imana. Byari ngombwa.

Ariko, uku kuri ntikureba Yesu gusa, kureba abana b’Imana bose.
Turifuza kwinjira mu bwami bw’Imana, ariko ntidushaka kumva ko « dukwiriye guca mu makuba menshi, niba dushaka kwinjira mu bwami bw’Imana. »(Ibyakozwe 14:22)
Kugirango tudatenguha, tugomba kumva rwose ko imibabaro nayo ishobora kuba imwe mu migambi y’Imana mu buzima bwacu.
Reka tugire ubutwari kandi dukomeze kwizera.

ISENGESHO:
Data wa twese uri mu ijuru, udufashe kumva ko imibabaro iri muri gahunda yawe y’ubuzima bwacu.

Vyari bigoye kuri abo bigishwa kwumva ko icubahiro ca Yesu cabanjirijwe n’ukubabazwa.
Yamara no mu Baheburayo 2:9 dusoma ko Yesu ari we « yambitswe ubgiza n’icubahiro nk’igitsibo, kubg’ imibabaro y’urupfu. »
Imibabaro ya Yesu yari muri nteguro y’Imana. Vyari ngombwa.

Ariko, ukwo kuri ntikuraba Yesu gusa, kuraba abana b’Imana bose.
Turifuza kwinjira mu bwami bw’Imana, ariko ntidushaka kumva ko « dukwiye guca mu marushwa menshi mu kwinjira mu bgami bg’Imana. »(Ivyakozwe 14:22)
Kugira ngo ntidutangare, dukwiye kwumva neza ko imibabaro nayo ishobora kuba imwe mu migambi y’Imana ku buzima bwacu.
Reka tugire ubutwari kandi dukomeze kwizera.

IGISABISHO :
Dawe wa twese uri mw’ijuru, dufashe kumva ko imibabaro iri muvyo wageneye ubuzima bwacu.
Ni mw’izina ry’agaciro ry’umwana wawe Yesu kristo tubisavye, Amen.

Sirach signals to us that we must be careful of those we take for friends.

He says:
« When you make friends, don’t be too quick to trust them; make sure that they have proved themselves. Some people will be your friends only when it is convenient for them, but they won’t stand by you in trouble. Others will fall out with you over some argument, and then embarrass you by letting everyone know about it. Others will sit at your table as long as things are going well; they will stick to you like your shadow and give orders to your servants, but they will not stand by you in trouble. If your situation takes a turn for the worse, they will turn against you, and you won’t be able to find them anywhere. »(Sirach 6:7-12)

Let us be careful, of course stay away from our enemies, but let us be on our guard with those whom we take for our friends.
The only friend who never change and cannot abandon us or betray us is Jesus.

PRAYER :
Our Father who art in heaven, help us to be on our guard with our friends.

Le Siracide nous signale que nous devons faire attention à ceux que nous prenons pour des amis.

Il dit:
« Si tu veux acquérir un ami, acquiers-le en l’éprouvant,et ne te confie pas à lui à la légère. Car tel est ami à ses heures, qui ne le restera pas au jour de ton affliction; tel est ami qui deviendra un ennemi, et qui révélera votre différend à ta confusion; tel est ami quand il est assis à ta table, qui ne le restera pas au jour de ton malheur. Durant ta prospérité, il sera comme un autre toi-même, et il parlera librement avec les gens de ta maison. Si tu tombes dans l’humiliation, il sera contre toi, et il se cachera devant toi. »(Siracide 6:7-12)

Soyons prudents, éloignons-nous bien-sûr de nos ennemis, mais soyons sur nos gardes avec ceux que nous prenons pour nos amis.
Le seul ami qui ne change pas et qui ne peut pas nous abandonner ou nous trahir c’est Jésus.

Notre Père qui êtes aux cieux, donnez-nous de savoir prendre nos gardes avec nos amis.

Reka tube maso, byanze bikunze twirinde abanzi bacu, ariko rwose, twitondere abo dufata nk’incuti zacu.
Incuti yonyine ihorana natwe ibihe byose, kandi idashobora kudutererana cyangwa kuduhemukira ni Yesu.

Disguising is a tactic of bad people so people don’t recognize them.
This is the case, among others, of the false apostles nowadays who are in reality only deceitful workmen or more concretely crooks.
« For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve. »(2 Corinthians 11:13-15)

However, there is no point in disguising yourself because, most of the times, in certain situations and in certain circumstances, God reveals the wrong people to reveal Himself to them or to prevent and protect his children.

When Jeroboam sent his wife to the prophet Ahijah, he told her before she went:
« Go, disguise yourself, so you won’t be recognized as the wife of Jeroboam… »(1 Kings 14:1-3)
The Bible tells us that when Ahijah heard the sound of Jeroboam’s wife’s footsteps as she walked through the door, he recognized her in spite of her disguise and said to her: « Come in, wife of Jeroboam. Why this pretense? »(1 Kings 14:6)

It’s true, there’s no point in masquerading.
Instead of disguising himself, every man must rather forsake the evil for which he is known to become a good child of God.

Se déguiser est une tactique des mauvaises personnes pour que les gens ne les reconnaissent pas.
C’est le cas, entre-autres, des faux apôtres de nos jours qui ne sont en réalité que des ouvriers trompeurs ou plus concrètement des escrocs.
« Ces hommes-là sont de faux apôtres, des ouvriers trompeurs, déguisés en apôtres de Christ. Et cela n’est pas étonnant, puisque Satan lui-même se déguise en ange de lumière. Il n’est donc pas étrange que ses ministres aussi se déguisent en ministres de justice. Leur fin sera selon leurs oeuvres. »(2 Corinthiens 11:13-15)

Toutefois, il ne sert à rien de se déguiser parce que, la plupart des fois, dans certaines situations et dans certaines circonstances, Dieu dévoile les mauvaises personnes pour se révéler à elles ou pour prévenir et protéger ses enfants.

Lorsque Jéroboam envoya sa femme auprès du prophète Achija, il lui a dit avant qu’elle n’y aille:
« Lève-toi, je te prie, et déguise-toi pour qu’on ne sache pas que tu es la femme de Jéroboam… »(1 Rois 14:1-3)
La bible nous dit que lorsque Achija a entendu le bruit des pas de la femme de Jéroboam, au moment où elle franchissait la porte, il l’a reconnu malgré son déguisement et lui a dit: « Entre, femme de Jéroboam; pourquoi veux-tu te donner pour une autre? »(1 Rois 14:6)

C’est vrai, il ne sert à rien de se déguiser.
Au lieu de se déguiser, tout homme doit plutôt abandonner le mal pour lequel il est connu afin de devenir un bon enfant de Dieu.

PRIÈRE:
Notre Père qui êtes aux cieux, aidez-nous à devenir sincèrement de bonnes personnes.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions, Amen.
