BE COUNTED AMONG THE UNDEVOURABLE

The Word of God calls us to be careful and sober, to face the devil.

* »Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary, the devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. »* (1 Peter 5: 8)

However, the devil cannot just walk up to us and steal our health, our peace or our family.
He cannot so simply enter our lives to impose disease and destruction.

If the devil can do that, then he doesn’t have to roam around to * »seek out who to devour »*. He only has to attack whoever he wants to devour him!
But since the Bible says that he will seek out whom he can devour, *the truth is therefore that there are people he cannot devour*.

The people who are not devourable are those who refuse to be intimidated by his roars because they know that the real Lion of Judah, Jesus Christ (see Revelation 5: 5), has already come and made helpless the one who had the power of death (see Hebrews 2:14, NASB).
They know that the devil can do nothing to them because the Lion of Judah resides in them and is greater than the devil that is in the world (see 1 John 4: 4).

Beloved, the Lion of Judah is with (in) you. He has given you rights, privileges, authority and power. He redeemed you with his blood.
Therefore, everything about you and your life is redeemed by his blood.

Once the devil knows that you know who you are in Christ and what you have in Christ, his days of bullying are over and you are counted among the non-devourable !

*PRAYER:*
Lord our God, give us to always tell the devil that he has no power over us.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen.

JESUS IS ABLE AND MOST WILLING !

When you see someone receiving a miraculous healing or financial breakthrough, do you ask, « What about me, Lord? »

Maybe that the leper who came to Jesus must have asked the same question.

He must have heard or seen from a distance, since he was not permitted to be in public places by the law, how Jesus had healed the sick. So he had no doubt that Jesus could heal him, but he was not sure if Jesus would.
He said to Jesus, « Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean » (Matthew 8:2).

He was confident of the power of God, but not the love of God for him.

Like the leper, maybe you don’t have a problem believing that God can give you your miracle, since He is Almighty God. But you are wondering if He will do it for you.

Jesus settled this question once and for all. He (Jesus) stretched out his hand, touched him and said, « I am willing; be cleansed. » Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.(Matthew 8:3)

Let us also receive our miracle today because our Lord wants our good and can do it for our happiness.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, also perform miracles in our life as you do for others.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen

« Seigneur, si tu le veux, tu peux me purifier. » (Matthieu 8: 2)

Amen

LET US GIVE THANKS IN ALL THINGS.

The Word of God exhorts us to give thanks in all things:
« In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. »(1 Thessalonians 5:18)

However, while it is easy to give thanks for good things, there are things for which it is difficult to give thanks; Such are punishments, misfortunes, sorrows, sorrows, mourning, and so on.

But the apostle here gives us the reason for our thanksgiving: « for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning us. »

But this will of God is good, pleasant and perfect. I can not understand it, but I give thanks with the certainty that it is the will of the perfect love manifested in Christ to me.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, help us to always give thanks in good and in bad things.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen.

Amen.

WE SHALL RISE.

When Martha came to tell Jesus the death of Lazarus, Jesus answered him,
« Thy brother shall rise again. »(John 11:23)

For all of us who believe in Jesus, death has no power over life.

Death should not worry us, because it is only a passage that the resurrection erases for the continuity of life.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, give us not to fear death and to trust you always.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen.

Amen.

OPEN YOUR MOUTH !

It is true that this message is addressed primarily to kings, chiefs or authorities, so that they judge with justice, and do justice to the afflicted and the poor.
But, it concerns us all.

« Open your mouth to the mute, for the cause of all the abandoned, open your mouth, give righteous judgments, and do justice to the poor and the needy. » (Proverbs 31: 8-9)

« Open your mouth », come back twice:

1. First, we must open our mouths to speak for those who can not speak, and to plead in favor of the abandoned, of those who have no human support in this world.

2. Then we must open one’s mouth to judge justly, having no other consideration than equity; and to give justice to those whom we oppress, and of whom it is said (v 6-7) that they need to be encouraged and to recover the hope that has abandoned them in the presence of their misfortune.

Are not these words like an image of what must happen in the midst of God’s people?

Every Christian, placed in a privileged position, like the king, has an immense responsibility to open his mouth to speak in the place of Christ.

To achieve this, however, he must avoid two dangers that the world places before him, the two traps by which the enemy will seek to destroy the work God has entrusted to him: corruption and all that intoxicates. Then he will be able to speak, among the people of God, for the dumb who can not express what he has in his heart, and he will become his mouth. His action will bring joy to the least of the members of the Assembly of God.

PRAYER:
Lord God, give us the strength and courage to speak for all who are in difficult situations.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen.

OUVRE TA BOUCHE !

Amen.

NOW MY EYES SEE YOU, LORD!

You may have heard of God from a friend or colleague. Perhaps you continue to hear of Him in church services on Sundays.

Like Job, you say to God, « I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear. »(Job 42:5)

But God also wants you to be able to say to Him, « But now my eye sees You. »(Job 42:5)

When Job told the Lord, « My eye sees You », he was not saying that he saw God physically. He was referring to the moment when he had a personal revelation of God.

Why was it so important for Job to have a personal revelation of God? You see, God wanted Job to know that without a personal revelation of Him, the devil could easily steal from him. But from the moment that Job had a personal revelation of God, things got a lot better for him, with God restoring to him double of everything that he had lost (see Job 42:10–16).

God always wants us to have a personal revelation of Him.
We just need to know how to recognize the situations and moments by which God reveals himself to us personally.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, give us to recognize all the moments by which you reveal yourself to us personally.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen.
