After having sinned, Adam saw that he was naked!
And the Lord God said to him:

« Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from? »(Genesis 3:11)

Instead of answering in the affirmative, Adam justified himself by saying:
« The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it. »(Genesis 3:12)

When the Lord God asked the woman why she had done this, she too refused to take responsibility. She replied:
« The serpent deceived me, and I ate. »(Genesis 3:13)

In fact, for many people, the tendency is always to justify themselves and to blame someone else rather than to apologize or ask for forgiveness.
As Christians, we should be humble, *acknowledge our faults and spontaneously ask for forgiveness from those we have offended*.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, give us to always recognize our faults and to ask for forgiveness.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen.

Après avoir péché, Adam constata qu’il était nu!
Et l’Éternel Dieu lui dit:

« Qui t’a appris que tu es nu? Est-ce que tu as mangé de l’arbre dont je t’avais défendu de manger? »(Genèse 3:11)

Au lieu de répondre par l’affirmative, Adam se justifia en disant :
« La femme que tu as mise auprès de moi m’a donné de l’arbre, et j’en ai mangé. »(Genèse 3:12)

Lorsque l’Éternel Dieu demanda à la femme pourquoi elle avait fait ça, elle aussi refusa d’endosser la responsabilité. Elle répondit:
« Le serpent m’a séduite, et j’en ai mangé. »(Genèse 3:13)

En effet, chez plusieurs personnes, la tendance est toujours de plutôt se justifier et de jeter la faute à l’autre que de s’excuser ou demander pardon.
En tant que chrétiens, nous devrions être humbles, reconnaître nos fautes et spontanément demander pardon à celui que nous avons offensé.

PRIÈRE:
Seigneur notre Dieu, donnez-nous de toujours reconnaître nos fautes et de demander pardon.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions.

Baada ya kufanya dhambi, Adamu aliona kwamba yu uchi!
Na Bwana Mungu akamwambia:

« Ni nani aliyekuambia ya kuwa u uchi? Je! Umekula wewe matunda ya mti niliyokuagiza usiyale? »(Mwanzo 3:11)

Badala ya kujibu kwa uthibitisho, Adamu alijihesabia haki kwa kusema:
« Huyo mwanamke uliyenipa awe pamoja nami ndiye aliyenipa matunda ya mti huo, nikala. »(Mwanzo 3:12)

Bwana Mungu alipomuuliza mwanamke kwa nini alifanya hivyo, yeye pia alikataa kuchukua jukumu. Alijibu:
« Nyoka alinidanganya, nikala. »(Mwanzo 3:13)

Kwa kweli, kwa watu wengi, mwelekeo ni sikuzote kujitetea na kumlaumu mtu mwingine badala ya kuomba msamaha au kuomba msamaha.
Kama Wakristo, tunapaswa kuwa wanyenyekevu, kukiri makosa yetu na kuomba msamaha kutoka kwa wale ambao tumewakosea.

OMBI:
Bwana Mungu wetu, utujalie daima kutambua makosa yetu na kuomba msamaha.
Ni katika jina la thamani la mwanao Yesu Kristo tunaomba.

Adamu amaze gukora icyaha, abona ko yambaye ubusa!
Uwiteka Imana aramubwira ati:

« Ni nde wakubwiye ko wambaye ubusa? Wariye kuri cya giti nakubujije kuryaho? »(Intangiriro 3:11)

Aho gusubiza yemera, Adamu yireguye agira ati:
« Umugore wampaye ngo tubane, ni we wampaye ku mbuto z’icyo giti, ndazirya. »(Intangiriro 3:12)

Igihe Uwiteka Imana yabazaga umugore nawe impamvu yabikoze, na we yanze kwemera, asubiza ati:
« Inzoka yanshukashutse ndazirya. »(Intangiriro 3:13)

Mu by’ukuri, ku bantu benshi, biragoye guhita twemera amakosa, impengamiro ni burigihe kwisobanura no gushinja undi aho kwemera ikosa cyangwa gusaba imbabazi.
Nk’ab’akristo, tugomba kwicisha bugufi, tukemera amakosa yacu kandi tugasaba imbabazi.

ISENGESHO:
Mwami Mana yacu, duhe kwemera buri gihe amakosa yacu no gusaba imbabazi.
Ni mu izina ry’agaciro ry’umwana wawe Yesu Kristo tubisabye.

Adamu amaze gucumura, yaciye abona ko yambaye ubusa!
Uhoraho Imana aramubaza ati:

« Ni nde yakubariye ko wambaye ubusa? Mbega wariye kuri ca giti nakubujije kuryako? »(Itanguriro 3:11)

Aho kwemera, Adamu yaciye yisigura agira ati:
« Umugore wampaye ngo tubane, ni we yampaye ku vya ca giti, ndarya. »(Itanguriro 3:12)

Umwami Imana abajije umugore nawe igituma yabikoze, na we yanse kwemera, amwishura ati:
« Inzoka yampenze, ndabirya. »(Itanguriro 3:13)

Mu vy’ukuri, ku bantu benshi, biragoye guca twemera amakosa twakoze, kenshi twihutira kwisigura no gushira amakosa ku bandi ha kwemera no gusaba ikigongwe.
Nk’abakristo, twategerezwa kwicisha bugufi, tukemera amakosa yacu kandi tugasaba ikigongwe.

IGISABISHO:
Dawe wa twese uri mw’ijuru, duhe kwama twemera amakosa yacu no kwama dusaba ikigongwe.
Ni mw’izina ridasanzwe ry’umwana wawe Yesu Kristo tubisavye, Amen.

Jesus had to suffer in this world before being taken up to heaven, near his father.
We too must expect to suffer if we also want to be lifted up.

« In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. »(John 16:33)

People riddle us with accusations, condemnations, slander, backbiting, criticism, and so on.
Even our health can be threatened to the point that we find ourselves unable to provide for ourselves.
But let’s know that it’s just for a while, it’s just for a season.
We must then strengthen ourselves, take courage and attach ourselves to the one who has overcome the world so that he gives us to overcome it too.

PRAYER:
Our Father who art in heaven, give us strength and courage to withstand any suffering.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.

Jésus a dû souffrir dans ce monde avant d’être élevé au ciel, auprès de son père.
Nous devons nous aussi nous attendre à souffrir si nous voulons aussi être élevés.

« Vous aurez des tribulations dans le monde; mais prenez courage, j’ai vaincu le monde. »(Jean 16:33)

Les gens nous criblent d’accusations, de condamnations, de calomnies, de médisances, de critiques, etc.
Même notre santé peut être menacée au point que nous nous retrouvions incapables de pourvoir à nos besoins.
Mais sachons que c’est juste pour un temps, que c’est juste pour une saison.
Nous devons alors nous fortifier, prendre courage et nous attacher à celui qui a vaincu le monde pour qu’il nous donne de le vaincre aussi.

PRIÈRE:
Notre Père qui êtes aux cieux, donnez-nous la force et le courage de résister à toute souffrance.
C’est dans le nom précieux de votre fils Jésus-Christ que nous prions, Amen.

Yesu alipaswa kuteseka katika ulimwengu huu kabla ya kuchukuliwa mbinguni, karibu na baba yake.
Sisi pia lazima tutarajie kuteseka ikiwa tunataka pia kuinuliwa.

« Ulimwenguni mnayo dhiki; lakini jipeni moyo; mimi nimeushinda ulimwengu. »*(Yohana 16:33)

Watu hutufanyia fujo kwa shutuma, kashfa, umbea, ukosoaji na kadhalika.
Hata afya yetu inaweza kuhatarishwa hadi tukajikuta hatuwezi kujikimu.
Lakini tujue kuwa ni kwa muda tu, ni kwa msimu tu.
Ni lazima basi tujitie nguvu, tujipe moyo na tushikamane na yule aliyeushinda ulimwengu ili atupe sisi kuushinda pia.

Baba yetu uliye mbinguni, tupe nguvu na ujasiri wa kustahimili mateso yoyote.

Yesu yagombaga kubabazwa muri iyi si mbere yo kujyanwa mu ijuru, iburyo bwa Se.
Natwe tugomba gutegereza kubabara niba natwe dushaka kuzamurwa mu buryo ubwo aribwo bwose.

« Mu isi mugira umubabaro, ariko nimuhumure nanesheje isi. »(Yohana 16:33)

Abantu baradusebya, baraducira imanza, baratwamagana, baratubeshyera, baratunebagura, n’ibindi.
Ndetse n’ubuzima bwacu burashobora guhungabana kugeza n’aho twisanga tudashobora kwibeshaho.
Ariko ni byiza ko tumenya ko ari iby’akanya gato, ko ar’iby’igihe runaka.
Tugomba rero gukomera, tukahabera intwari, tugakomeza twihambiriye k’uwanesheje isi kugira ngo adushoboze natwe kuyinesha.
