WHO IS RIGHTEOUS ON EARTH ?

A just, sinless man, have you ever met him?

* »Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins. »* (Ecclesiastes 7:20)

Those who claim to be righteous and holy are liars, for God alone is holy and righteous.
God hates them because, not recognizing their sinful nature, they do not repent, but criticize, judge and condemn others.
And yet, the word of God urges us to humble ourselves before God and to repent.
It is therefore useless to persist in believing oneself to be just and holy, one must rather humble oneself before God and repent.

PRAYER:
Lord our God, give us the courage to humble ourselves before You and to repent.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
Amen.
