Nowadays, people claiming to be servants of God dare without any scruple or any fear, to make houses of God, houses of traffic.
It is a behavior that Jesus does not support.
One day, Jesus went up to Jerusalem, « In the temple courts he found people selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. To those who sold doves he said, “Get these out of here! Stop turning my Father’s house into a market!” »(John 2:14-16)
Those who dare to « sell blessings », to pray and prophesy to God’s children for money, in different churches, are no different from those who trafficked in the temple.
They will one day be whipped and driven out of the house of God by the owner of all churches, Jesus Christ himself.
PRAYER:
Our Father who art in heaven, grant us to always be guided by the Holy Spirit so as not to follow those who stray from their true calling in our churches.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
