Since religions have taught people to know God, teach them to repent of their sins so that they will not be destroyed, people come to repent with fear of destruction.
So, they do not know God’s love but they know the God who has an evil intention to destroy, the God full of anger, always dealing with the person who commits sin…
Our GOD is love, that is His nature.
« And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. »(1 John 4:16)
When a person does not know that God is love, he lives in fear, and everything he does is done with fear, not with love as God wants.
After all, God « predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will–to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. »(Ephesians 1:5-6)
Because of God’s love for man, he created him with the intention of making him his child.
If we are in its love, we must look at everything with the eyes of love, accept and use everything with the heart of love.
PRAYER:
Lord our God, help us to understand the love that you have for us, to live in it and stay in it.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
