God, who parted the Red Sea, rained manna from heaven, caused the walls of Jericho to fall, closed the jaws of the lions, healed the sick, raised the dead and calmed the sea, continued to make miracles.
However, some Christians doubt that God wants to do miracles for them today.
They think the time of miracles is over.
And yet, our God is still the God of miracles today. We just have to believe in God if we want to see the miracles.
This is what Jesus said to Martha when she said that her brother already smelled, that he had just spent four days in his grave!
She wondered if Jesus could perform a miracle at the death of his brother Lazarus.
Jesus said, « Have I not told you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God? » (John 11:40)
And He raised Lazarus!
If then we want, like Martha, to see miracles in our lives, let us believe.
Let us believe that we will see the glory of God. Let’s believe and we’ll see the miracles we want!
PRAY:
Lord our God, strengthen our faith and trust in You.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
