The devil does not want us to be strong in the Lord’s love for us.
He wants us to be always carried away by stress.
To escape stress, the Apostle Peter urges us to cast all our cares on God:
* »Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. »*(1 Peter 5:7)
Although the devil always takes advantage of difficult situations to keep us under stress, *it is important to know that our God cares about us and takes care of us*.
The cure for stress is to be carefree and not get bogged down in anxieties and worries! It’s laughing a lot, enjoying life and not thinking about tomorrow, *because we are aware that our God cares about us*.
This seems terribly irresponsible.
However, in the mind of God, our greatest responsibility is to always rejoice in the Lord and not worry about our past failures, our current situation, and our future challenges! Why? *Because we are aware that our God takes care of us*.
If then we want to see victory over the attacks of the enemy, then let us learn to relax, let go, and drop all oppressive thoughts, worries, and worries into the loving hands of Jesus. Let us believe with all our hearts that he cares for you and that we are not alone in this journey. We have a constant companion in Jesus in this great adventure of life.
PRAYER:
Lord our God, grant us to always know how to avoid and overcome stress.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
