“Be rooted and continually built up in Christ. And be confirmed in the faith, just as you have also learned it, increasing in him with acts of thanksgiving.”
(Colossians 2:7)
A tree remains standing in the storm because its roots are deep.
In the same way, a believer remains strong in difficult seasons when his life is deeply rooted in Christ.
Be rooted in Christ. He is your foundation.
Be grounded in His Word. It nourishes your faith.
Be established in faith. Do not let circumstances move you.
Be steadfast in trials. Storms may come, but your roots can hold.
Be fruitful in life. Deep roots eventually produce visible fruit.
Jesus said:
“Abide in me, and I in you… Whoever abides in me, and I in him, bears much fruit.”
(John 15:4–5)
Do not spend all your energy trying to look strong on the outside.
Go deeper with God on the inside.
When your roots are deep in Christ, the storms may shake you, but they do not have to uproot you.
REMAINS ROOTED.
REMAINS IN CHRIST.
KEEP BEARING FRUIT.
PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, root me deeply in You, establish me in Your Word, strengthen my faith in every trial, and make my life fruitful for Your glory. Amen.
