WHAT CRIME HAS HE COMMITTED ?

As everyone condemned Jesus and wanted him to be crucified, the Pilate said:
« Why? What crime has he committed? »(Matthew 27:23)

Instead of answering this question, they shouted all the louder, « Crucify him! »
Yet he had done them no harm, he was innocent.
Maybe it has also happened to us, to detest or hate a person while he did us no harm. It is very sad!
Judging a person as others judge him, condemning a person as others condemn him and to come to hate him because others hate him, is a sin against the love of God.
Even if someone has hurt us, the word of God commands us to forgive him.

PRAYER:
Our Father who art in heaven, grant us to no longer be influenced by others to hate, judge and condemn our brothers and sisters.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
