Who would have brought into this world the goods he possesses?
Who is born with degrees, titles and honors?
Who was born with a bank account?
Who was born leader or boss?
No one.
The Word of God tells us that:
« For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. »(1 Timothy 6:7)
Everything is meaningless because we will not take anything with us from this world when we die.
We should therefore be humble and seek the kingdom of heaven where we will live in the fullness with God and forever.
PRAYER:
Our Father who art in heaven, grant us to be humble.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray.
