Sometimes our past consumes us like fire, it hurts. We must separate ourselves from it, look ahead and go forward, aware that God has prepared a new life for us, a marvelous future.
« Lot’s wife looked back, and she became a pillar of salt. »(Genesis 19:26)
When we look at the past, we become like Lot’s wife who turn into statue of salt, because we’re not moving forward.
God wants us to live a wonderful life without remembering or regretting our life before.
It is time that today we take the firm decision to separate ourselves from our past, so that we may move forward and continue and not to stay there!
PRAYER:
Eternal our God, grant us to be separate ourselves from our past.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
