OUR HEARTS ON PILGRIMAGE

The psalmist says that those who believe in God and trust in Him are blessed because they find clear paths in their hearts:

« Blessed are those whose strength is in you, who have set their hearts on pilgrimage. »(Psalms 84:5)

Indeed, our hearts without faith in God are naturally like a pathless desert. It is only from the moment when we open them to God, that the Holy Spirit traces there the ways of faith and repentance.
Setting our hearts on pilgrimage means that the difficulties are overcome in advance by the faith that is in our heart.
So, what would be impossible for a heart whose strength is in God? Nothing.
Nothing can therefore worry us if we place our strength in God.

PRAYER:
Our Father who art in heaven, grant us to place all our trust in You.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
