STOP FIGHTING OTHER PEOPLE’S ACTIVITIES

While many signs and wonders were being done among the people by the hands of the apostles, and the number of those who believed in the Lord, both men and women, increased more and more, authorities rose up to combat them.

It was then that one of the Pharisees named Gamaliel, doctor of the law, said to them:
« I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God. »(Acts of the Apostles 5:38-39)

There is then no point in standing up to fight purpose or activity whose you ignore or doubt authenticity, originality or consistency.
If their purpose or activity really does not come from God, it will inevitably destroy itself in spite of them.
But if it comes from God, you will not succeed in destroying it, because you find yourselves fighting against God.
Stop fighting other people’s activities.

PRAYER :
Lord our God, grant us never to dare to want to destroy the activities of others.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
