Do you usually pray?
When do you pray?
Don’t you remember to pray only when you are in trouble, when you are sick, or when you are afraid?
Indeed, PRAYING is talking or quite simply chatting with God.
God told the prophet Jeremiah to tell his people this:
« You will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. »(Jeremiah 29:12)
Do you wait to start praying when something will happen to you making you pray in spite of yourself?
Don’t you find it helpful to talk with God?
You don’t even have anything to be grateful to Him for?
However, his praise is not lacking!
Life, existence, good health, security, wealth and prosperity, and much more, are things that God gives us freely.
Everyone who is in right relationship with God delights in the life of prayer, because it brings him joy and peace.
But a person who does not pray is a person who thinks that he has nothing to do with God, and that means that he does not know that God is the source of everything.
PRAYER:
Eternal our God, grant us to always desire to talk with you forever.
It is in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ that we pray, Amen.
